Our history

iFeelSmart has been founded in 2011 by Xavier Bringue and Shy Shriqui who decided to spin-off their project and research and create this company.

iFeelSmart is privately funded by founders, business angels and VC. iFeelSmart headquarters and R&D are located in Paris, France, though many current projects are within an international footprint (USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, Middle-East...).

Thanks the unique user experience we provide and to our expertise on the TV services for Operators, iFeelSmart is recognized by the Service Providers industry as one of the most innovative company in the Digital TV field.

Our mission

iFeelSmart's mission is to re-invent the interaction and user experience for entertainment with a clear focus on the TV Experience.

iFeelSmart has taken into account both the user habits, the new usages linked to Internet, the unique position of content provider, especially TV Channels and Broadcasters, and the specific needs of MSOs (Telco, Cable, Sat...) and TV's Manufacturers.

iFeelSmart is offering off-the-shelf solutions to them to integrate a powerful, design and balanced TV Experience, both on TV sets, Set Top Boxes and Companion screens (Mobile, Tablets, Desktop,...).

Shy Shriqui

President and Co-founder

Graduated in International Economics and in Political Sciences, holding an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe, Shy worked at Warner Music and Novedia Group before joining Orange / France Telecom in 2008. At Orange, Shy was Project Director for Media Services, inside Orange Valley, a subsidiary focused on fast-track innovations. Having co-founded iFeelSmart with a strong entrepreneur’s spirit, Shy is known as an expert of Digital TV, Content & New Media Services, UX and Interaction Design.

Xavier Bringué

CEO and Co-founder

Xavier is graduated in Computer Science Engineering and he owns an Executive MBA. Xavier has started his career 25 years ago at Apple Computer. Xavier has worked on consummer communication products at Sagem and Alcatel. Xavier has spent 8 years at Microsoft Corporation as Digital Media Business Developement Director for Europe, Latin and South of America. In 2008, Xavier has joined Orange France Telecom Technocenter as Vice President in charge of Advanced IPTV services. Xavier has been invited by Intel Corporation to join his Consumer Board of advisers. In 2011, he found iFeelSmart with Shy to reinvent the TV experience and to help service providers to transform OTT as a business opportunity.

David Poupon

CTO

David holds a master degree in computer science and is pursing an executive MBA at Edhec Business school. David is a digital media specialist with 20 years experience in digital TV, IPTV and OTT. David has spent 10 years at NDS (Leader of PayTV solutions) as Director New Initiatives where he led a multidisciplinary team in charge of the incubation of cloud based solutions for TV. More recently, David was Director engineering at Cisco in charge of product innovation in the video solutions business unit. David is passionate about innovation in usages & technology. He is always looking for new challenges and disruption opportunities to bring value to our customers.

Jean-Louis Allemand

Vice President Delivery

JL holds a Master’s degree in Network & Telecom and is for 15+ years in the Software telco industry, with roles in Tier-1 operator and Cloud vendor companies, with customer facing and complete program responsibilities. He led multiculturals Professional Services teams in delivering scalable mobile services used by several tens of millions consumers in EMEA and NAM. Passionate by challenge, creative in solving problems, JL drives things with enthusiasm to make them happen. As head of delivery, JL is responsible driving projects from kick-off to commercial launch. Since joining in 2017, he orchestrated the process to leverage roadmap activity to scale and serve customers accounts management.
